Students are required to do a self evaluation every month and turn it into Ms. M. Part of that self-evaluation is recording attendance (#showup & #listenup) and then recording whether you were fully present and danced your best (#blessup & dance). If you were absent for a reason that you can still receive credit for, YOU are responsible for seeking opportunities for make-up work. To download a Practice Log, CLICK HERE. To access a Tap Dance Dictionary CLICK HERE. To access a Monthly Evaluation, CLICK HERE.
In case of absence, ALWAYS check with Mrs. M for make up work FIRST. Most missed classroom work can be found on your class' page. If asked to complete the "General Make Up Work Assignment," you can find it below

Take an intermediate or advanced dance class online - try working with artists/teachers that have other studio classes posted. You can try searching for CLI Studios tap classes, Broadway Dance Center tap classes, or artists like Rodney Howell or Operation Tap. In order to receive full credit for a day's worth of participation, the class you take must be 20 minutes or more in length. Write a three sentence reflection on what you learned in the class with an attached link to the video or you performing what you learned.
